Job Description

• The Operations Shift Supervisors will be charged with the responsibility to ensuring operational excellence at all times.
• The main responsibility of an Operations Shift Supervisor is to give full consideration to our company's goals and business needs and minimizing table downtime as much as possible while finding a balance between both.
• Operations Shift Supervisor is expected to follow proper escalation path and tracking incidents in our scheduling and ticketing systems. 
• The well-being of the team and the smooth running of the business are to be considered equal priority whilst performing Operations Shift supervision duties.
• Many of  these tasks are performed ad hoc and are often unpredictable. It is vital that a person in this position uses good judgement to make the right decision for the operation while always showing the highest level of character. 

• • Being key point of contact for Game Presenters while on floor;
  • Handles all day-to-day operations with the gaming floor staff including but not limited to scheduling, rotations, performance management, Violation/Helpful points, monitoring crosstable talking, no lateness at the table, etc. 
  • Fill in shift reports, prepare handovers to colleagues or direct manager
  • Floor walks among tables and operation observing (preferably every 45/50 minutes);
  • Ensure GPs are wearing appropriate uniforms, footwear, and that their appearance is according to standards as set by company
  • Ensure game results are completed and processed according to the correct procedures to guarantee integrity of games
  • Be in charge and ready for any case of emergency situations;
  • Monitor table condition, report outworn table layouts and other outworn equipment - according to the licensee requirements;
  • Ensure that all tables are operating without interruptions and in appropriate language;
  • Effectively handle all real-time incidents on the gaming floors related to the following components of operations as: hardware, software and connection;
  • Game irregularity fixing on the tables (Game presenter/equipment related mistakes);
  • Escalate issues
  • Ensure that all staff are present for the shifts and live tables operate with no interruptions
  • Update gaming floor staff with changes in procedures, rules, and policies
  • Complete administrative work on shift assigned by management
  • Work with internal systems
  • Flexible attitude to changing priorities, including changes to shifts and covering colleague absences where required
  • To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time

Qualifications

• • Technically proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • The ability to work flexible hours 
  • Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable

  • Good level of computer literacy;
