We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Technical Consultant- Build Engineer to join our team located in Plano, TX. NOTE: this will be a hybrid type schedule, onsite at least 3 days a week

Job Overview:
The build engineer is a senior developer role that oversees the software engineering needs for a product or a group of products. The role will work with a team of diverse individuals to help shape the future of our software products.

- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of software applications, ensuring they meet both functional and user experience (UI/UX) requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers and designers to ensure delivery of healthcare related products and services.
- Code Review: Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Guide an engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Problem solving: Help provide alternative solutions and guide product teams to an optimal fit from both an engineering effort and timely delivery to market.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Architecture Knowledge: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C#, Python) and experience with web frameworks (Angular, React, etc).
- Cloud experience: At least 3 years of cloud-based development with Azure (or one of the key cloud providers, but Azure experience preferred).
- Communications: Excellent communication skills not only with engineering peers, but with product leadership and stakeholders.
- Enterprise Development: Familiarity with enterprise development tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira. ADO preferred.
- Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products to large consumer markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mobile Development: React Native mobile development experience.
- Web Development: React JS/TS web development experience and/or other Javascript frameworks such as Angular.
- API & middle-tier Development: Broad Azure skills with emphasis on middle-tier development and deployment (App Services, Function Apps, App Gateway, Front Door, Azure Monitor, Azure App Insights, Azure Data Explorer (Kusto), Azure SQL, etc.).
- Big data: Experience with cloud-based big data platforms (Snowflake, CosmosDB, Azure Fabric, etc).
- CRM Experience: MS Dynamics 365 experience (including D365 Healthcare).
- PM skills: Project Management skills.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
