Senior Corporate Development Associate

<p></p><p><strong>GEK TERNA Group </strong>is seeking a:</p><p><strong>Senior Corporate Development Associate </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supports the Director of Originations in originating, structuring and executing strategic infrastructure &amp; energy investments and M&amp;A transactions</li><li>Conducts financial and commercial analysis for acquisitions, JVs and partnerships.</li><li>Prepares preliminary valuation models, business cases and sensitivity analyses for target projects.</li><li>Coordinates due diligence processes with internal functions and external advisors.</li><li>Assists in structuring SPVs and investment frameworks (equity, debt, blended finance).</li><li>Supports ongoing Heron–NRG integration and future corporate reorganizations.</li><li>Monitors potential infrastructure &amp; energy M&amp;A targets, indicatively, in Greece and SE Europe and maintains target database.</li><li>Prepares investment memos, presentations and Board material.</li><li>Liaises with CFO, Treasury, Legal and Technical departments on deal execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Postgraduate University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business.</li><li>MBA is desirable.</li><li>4 to 8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, project finance or energy &amp; infrastructure M&amp;A.</li><li>Strong financial modeling, data analysis and valuation skills (Excel, Power BI, familiarity with IFRS is helpful).</li><li>Proficient in utilizing presentation/reporting tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Canva etc.)</li><li>Deep understanding of the energy, construction and infrastructure landscape.</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English (oral &amp; written). </li><li>Additional language proficiency is desirable (e.g. Spanish, French e.t.c)</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent command/competency with modern AI tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical rigor </li><li>Deal structuring acumen </li><li>Cross-functional coordination </li><li>Deadline discipline </li><li>Discretion &amp; stakeholder awareness.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>
