About the role

We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Associate, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through direct, face-to-face engagement, you’ll educate the public, share impactful stories, and inspire support for important causes. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations

  • Engage community members through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support

  • Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials

  • Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy

Requirements
