About the Role:We are seeking a Retail Sale Leader to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Orange Village, OH. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, and are looking to work in a relaxing and luxurious environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate retail sales team
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space
• Assist with inventory management

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
