Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Maintain and update trackers for Reserve component activations and related administrative and planning requirements.
- Develop and sustain trackers ensuring visibility on Reserve unit support to organizational exercises and initiatives.
- Monitor readiness metrics for assigned and allocated units, and provide regular analytic reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Compile, analyze, and report data related to Reserve force utilization, activation timelines, budget constraints, and readiness.
- Manage administrative processes for onboarding and maintaining Reserve personnel records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidance.
- Standardize and communicate Service Component roles and responsibilities, especially for transitions from routine operations to crisis actions.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of policies, procedures, and best practices for Reserve integration and force management.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- 4+ years experience in reserve planning, training management, or program administration within a military, defense, or similar structured environment
- 2+ years of experience in program analysis or personnel management
- 1+ years experience in data analysis and reporting
- 1+ years experience in Reserve component policies, procedures, or principles
- Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in public administration, Military Science, Strategic Studies, or a related area.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in administrative roles
- PMP certification
- 1+ years experience supporting Reserve or personnel integration programs.
- 1+ years experience in organizational, military, or government force management principles.
