What You’ll Do
We are a fast-paced and collaborative Total Rewards team committed to define and drive our compensation strategy to meet our business’ needs. We have exciting work ahead of us in the Total Rewards space, and we are looking for someone to come in with energy and excitement on this journey.
The Director of Business Compensation Partnering plays a critical role in shaping and executing our compensation strategy to attract, retain and motivate talent. This position will support multiple global businesses and manage other Compensation Partners doing the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset and the proven ability to lead a team in doing so. You can expect to be challenged here, but supported by a great culture and team.
Role Responsibilities
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop/implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
Lead implementation and execution of all compensation programs and processes for designated business(es) and through team member(s) for all businesses.
Conduct and interpret detailed analysis of compensation data, and effectively translate data to inform decision-making and address business challenges.
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on central, global compensation policies, programs, practices, communications and change management across multiple regions.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team to drive compensation strategies aligned with strategy.
Maintain collaborative and strong connection with Compensation COE to ensure business needs are considered in development or changes to programs.
Lead business compensation partners, creating clear expectations and setting the bar for what great looks like in this role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 15+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
Strategic thinker with proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation challenges
Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to guide and influence senior leaders and drive compensation strategies.
