Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing analysis for one or more operations product areas in the delivery of moderately complex regulatory reporting and/or regulatory processing. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex operations problems, projects and initiatives, and contributing to the resolution of highly complex problems. Job expectations include coordinating across multiple operations functions and products with the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products, services, and processes.
The GM (NFRR) Report Preparer team is responsible for the consistent application of interpretation, data sourcing, preparation, governance and oversight of Global Markets regulatory reports – with the overall goal of centralizing and standardizing regulatory reporting for Global Markets business.
This Product Management job is responsible for providing analysis and delivery support for one or more non-financial regulatory report. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex reporting and operations problems, projects and initiatives, and technology systems. Job expectations include coordinating across multiple operations functions, technology teams covering Global Markets products. These can be within new initiatives, continuous improvements and / or process enhancements.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze new and existing regulations against firm practices, assess current state of reports for improvement
• Establish an intake process for new regulations, data incidents, and system fixes
• Establish a robust prioritization model for report automation, product enhancement and data quality upgrades
• Implement effective routines to ensure business requirements are understood, tracked and documented, whilst holding key business and technology partners accountable
• Partner with change, technology team and business analysts in providing requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Establish comprehensive, data-informed, and long-term strategy for enhancing reporting platforms and report automation in the portfolio with fully developed tools for maintaining or altering the strategy
• Communicate with a broad audience of business and technology partners in a variety of formats and in a way that ensures all audience members understand and can adhere to the strategy
• You will plan and organize projects using tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
• You will navigate across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution.
• You will be required to communicate across all levels of seniority, providing relevant updates both verbally & through concise metrics & materials
Additional Responsibilities: Develops and implements procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency and manage business change
• Serves as an escalation point to resolve broad and complex operational issues
• Work with sensitive and confidential data set to accomplish group objectives
• Define and Maintain target operating model for the wider GM NFRR Team
Supports functions carrying a substantial risk of exposure and potential loss with significant impact on major corporate customer relationships
Responsibilities:• Delivers moderately complex regulatory reports to regulatory agencies in line with expectations on completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Executes control practices, including compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements, including data quality standards
