Sr. Trade Marketing Manager

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Trade / Retail you will build and implement multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns for our growth channels to drive engagement and new player acquisition with our B2B retailers in our specialty channels for our gaming brands Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons. Additionally, responsibilities include marketing planning for large-scale initiatives like annual events.

Lead marketing planning, implementation, and analysis. Collaborate with various teams to efficiently market products to target audience for scalability. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for gaming and experience in B2B channel marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Create support campaigns for new and existing retailers in the Wizards Play Network (WPN) to expand product visibility and new player acquisition.
• Establish and report on critical metrics for marketing initiatives, measuring impact and providing post-mortem analysis.
• Build trade marketing strategies and tactics for Play events for physical retail channels with a focus on player engagement.
• Lead WPN marketing initiatives and events for trade shows.
• Work with outside agencies to plan and build visual assets for annual events.
• Partner with internal cross-functional marketing, sales, design, and global teams on promotion execution alignment, play support materials, displays, and digital assets for in-store and event environments.

What You'll Bring:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with a concentration in Marketing, Business, or related coursework.
• 5+ years of shown experience in campaign marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the gaming, entertainment, or consumer products industry.
• Experience working with agencies and crafting video content.
• Ability to drive projects forward by providing clear and concise direction/feedback and influencing partners.
• Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
• Well developed, verbal, written and presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• An ability to use data to measure the efficiency of campaigns and experiential marketing tactics.
• Has a passion for gaming, especially familiarity with Wizards of the Coast brands (Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons) is a strong plus.
• Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Renton, WA.

Compensation Range (USD):
Starting: $121,700
Ending: $182,500
