Purpose:

Manage, coordinate and monitor domestic activities including planning, scheduling team members' shifts, back office efficiency and reporting to ensure offering quality of service.

Job Description:

·Handle and manage domestic activities including planning to ensure proper development of the product.
· Prepare, monitor and control all data from Info AXS to ensure compliance to network standards.
· Manage and handle client incidents and complaints in coordination with customer service team to
ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiries.
· Monitor and control all domestic bulk projects to ensure timely processing and professional service
to the customers.
· Develop and control creating customized domestic services in coordination with the sales teams to
provide proper solutions to customers’ needs.
· Monitor and control the quality of service provided by the stations in terms of transit times, pick-up.
performance and quality of data entered in Info AXS to ensure timely handling and processing of
shipments and service provided to customers.
· Ensures all team members implement Aramex quality of service standards and procedures.
· Assist in the review of training needs and development of the team.
· Adhere to all related policies, procedures documented and published under Infohub in the intranet.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, is preferred)
· 2-3 years of experience in Domestic Shipping Operations
· English Language Proficiency
· Strong analytical and scientific reporting.
· Excellent communication skills.
· MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
· Collaborative and organized to be able to achieve team objectives
· Manage customer relations and ensure meeting customers' expectations.
