Primary Purpose:  The ideal candidate will have experience in managing visual experience projects across 3D, 2D, Digital, Events and Visual Merchandising. The primary focus will be to lead cross functional teams to drive implementation, development, and project schedules for initiatives. The individual will identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Project Management to...

 

  • Lead and manage the execution of visual experience projects.
  • Review briefs and requests and partner with internal Coach teams (2D & 3D Creative Services, Digital Creative, Brand Events, VM) and Global Business Unit partners to establish project priorities and timelines.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs by preparing channels, documents, and organizing essential meetings.
  • Create and execute a well-defined project plan including scope, schedule, and resource allocation in partnership with creative studio – maintain and enhance project management software. Establish timelines and clear, consistent communication with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations.
  • Develop effective communication processes to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables.
  • Responsible for balancing projects in VE portfolio and communicating priorities to cross-functional partners.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships between strategy and creative teams, constantly maintaining and improving upon current organizational systems and records.
  • Use practical and functional experience and expertise to create innovative solutions, including updating brief templates.
  • Identify process standards and best practices for how teams should approach projects.
  • Establish, implement, and document standards and best practices for the successful management and completion of projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional marketing experience
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, customer service and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines
  • Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fashion or Luxury experience a plus

 

Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in project coordination and management within a creative or production environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting project deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Previous work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with creative research and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Prior involvement in award submissions or recognition programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle logistical operations and site visits efficiently.
  • Experience in managing and supporting production efforts within a similar organization.
