Group Creative Lead, Art - Meta

Location: Los Angeles or New York City (with regular travel to LA as needed)

About the Opportunity:
Translation is seeking creatively ambitious talent to join our Meta team. While the primary focus will be on shaping the identity of a fast-growing product category at the intersection of technology, design, fashion, and culture, this role will also contribute to other high-impact client work across the agency.

Our partnership with Meta and Luxottica focuses on launching next-generation wearable tech, building brand worlds from the ground up, and showing up in high-impact, culture-driving moments like the Grammys, Super Bowl, and Coachella. The work is global, the budgets are healthy, and the ambition is high.

What We’re Looking For:
We want people with sharp thinking, strong creative instincts, and a deep sense of craft. You should be curious about culture, confident in your ideas, and collaborative in your approach. Experience or interest in outdoor adventure or endurance sports (like cycling, skiing, climbing, or hiking) is a bonus—these themes are deeply embedded in the spirit of the work.
