Bosch Service Solutions Division offers innovative solutions for ""Business Process Outsourcing"" for business processes and complex services. We are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to internal processes Bosch, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.

Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

Job Description

Our team is looking for a Project Manager for Skill Hub development and rollout project to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon assuming the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for all project management activities regarding Skill Hub;
• Preparation and maintenance of Project Scope/Charter, Baselines, Plans and Milestones in alignment with internal stakeholders;
• Risk Management for all projects together with Quality Manager;
• Capacity Management in alignment with overall Program Management;
• Preparation and execution of all work packages and milestones defined in the project plan;
• Coordination of product roadmap together with Product Owner, Development Team and external vendor;
• Tracking of project schedule (development & rollout) including identifying interdependencies between different work packages, determining the critical path, and establishing and monitoring crucial milestones;
• Communicate and report results to leadership & overall program management;
• Tracking of development project team progress in Jira in collaboration with Agile Master;
• Create and establish relationships with local implementation team and manage the local team through implementation;
• Support the Stakeholder Manager with the communication to the countries in alignment with internal Stakeholders;
• Gathering legal requirements from countries and coordinate implementation with Development team;
• Maintenance of Project documentation: Rollout participants list, deliverables/work packages, distributions lists, rollout presentations, etc;
• Coordinate country meetings and ensure follow ups;
• Responsible for the preparation of various virtual workshops throughout the project.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or any comparable technical background;
• Knowledge in agile project management (PMI certificate would be an asset);
• Experience in IT development and rollout projects;
• Experience in coordination of internal development teams as well as external vendors;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple time zones at one point in time;
• Experience of working in virtual teams and in international and intercultural context;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Way of working: Structured, Assertive, Team player, target and solution oriented;
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;
• Very good knowledge in the use of Microsoft tools, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Affinity for IT, data science and UX;
• SAP HCM experience would be an asset.
