Brothers Bar & Grill, Newport, KY has an immediate opening for a full-time, Restaurant General Manager. This position oversees a fast paced, full-service restaurant with both indoor and patio seating. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. Salary: $70,000 + bonus potential

Requirements

* Must be at least 21 years old

* Minimun 2 years of full-service, restaurant management experiences

* Previous bartending and/or serving experiences

* Outstanding organization and time management skills

* Highly motivated for success

* Engaging personality and ability to lead by example

* Able to lift up to 50 pounds
