Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Direct Sales – Managed Solutions is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales of integrated communication infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers, including multi-site regional businesses and national accounts. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and achieving corporate sales objectives through strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will ensure optimal staffing and readiness of the sales team, provide ongoing coaching and training, and align sales strategies with broader business goals. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Maintain deep expertise in Comcast Business strategic products and managed solutions to effectively coach and lead a team selling into mid-market and enterprise customers.
Develop and manage sales promotions and incentive programs to drive performance and achieve business goals.
Ensure individual and team attainment of sales targets, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring continuity and capability through effective talent management practices.
Leverage strong knowledge of company products, pricing strategies, and sales methodologies to guide successful regional deployment of new offerings targeting enterprise clients.
Monitor and manage sales performance data, maintaining accurate records and forecasts of revenue and unit sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance management, addressing personnel issues in alignment with company policies to ensure team effectiveness and growth.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
Support the management of Enterprise Direct Sales channels within defined budgetary and expense targets.
Develop and enforce best practices that contribute to improved team performance and overall business success.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or managed services.
Strong understanding of integrated communication solutions and enterprise customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with experience using CRM and sales performance tools.
