About The Team:The LINQPay Product is LINQ’s own Payments API. We intend to integrate with our customer facing products this summer, replacing their current Payment Processor. The team is currently comprised of 2 Engineers, a Quality Assurance Engineer, an Engineering Manager and a Product Manager.
What You'll Be Doing:Contribute to the teams commitments each sprintCollaborate with Product Teams to clarify design and implementation while meeting project goalsCollaborate with other engineers and architects to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability and scalabilityComplete projects/tasks in a timely fashion while meeting sprint goals and commitments
What We Are Looking For:· At least 6+ years of experience in Software Development· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent working experience· Extensive experience in designing and creating API’s· Extremely well versed in JavaScript and Typescript· Experience with DynamoDB, or another serverless, NoSQL database platform· Strong belief in and use of best practices· Use of git repos, pull requests and peer code reviews· Experience with unit testing and test-driven development· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders· Ability to describe, present, and design architectural patterns within the codebase
