CS Data/WFM Data Specialist

The specialist will also be responsible for analysis, reporting, and investigating activities in Customer Service &amp; Operations.  <h3>Job Description</h3> <ul> <li>Understand the needs of stakeholders at differing levels of authority (from agent to executive team) and prioritize data requests under resource constraints.</li><li>Independently develop and maintain dashboards and reports.</li><li>Clarify data definition and maintain data sets accordingly.</li><li>Develop and manage end-to-end data pipeline from data collection and storage, batch scheduling job to dashboard development.</li><li>Maintain CS KPI and agent reports, regular executive reports, and CS data dictionary.</li><li>Develop and present analytical reporting and findings using available data to stakeholders and executive teams.</li><li>Collaborate with data analysts from other teams to work on ad-hoc data projects.</li><li>Support to answer CS data related questions raised by users via Chat Bot. </li><br/></ul> <h3>Job Requirement </h3> <ul> <li>BA/BS or equivalent experience required.</li><li>3+ years of experience with analyzing large complex data sets.</li><li>Highly proficient in query/ programming language -  SQL, Python, or R is a must. </li><li>Extensive experience in Datawind, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, or other similar dashboard tools.</li><li>Strong sense of data and analytical capability, clear communicator, fast learner and doer.</li><li>Able to deliver requests in a timely manner with minimum supervision.  </li></ul>Working at Binance• Do something meaningful; Be a part of the future of finance technology and the no.1 company in the industry• Fast moving, challenging and unique business problems• International work environment and flat organisation• Great career development opportunities in a growing company• Possibility for relocation and international transfers mid-career• Competitive salary• Flexible working hours, Casual work attire<br/>By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our <a href="https://www.binance.com/en/candidate/privacy/notice">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
