The Beverage Server enhances the guest experience by providing prompt, friendly, and accurate beverage service throughout the gaming floor and designated service areas. This role ensures guests receive timely refreshments, responsible alcohol service, and warm, attentive hospitality while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Take beverage orders from guests and deliver drinks promptly, accurately, and with exceptional service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area to support efficient operations.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption, recognize signs of intoxication, and follow company policies regarding service limitations.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members by following established procedures and reporting concerns.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of bar equipment, the Easy Bar System, and POS systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support smooth service flow.
Follow all sanitation, health department, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Protect guest and coworker privacy by maintaining confidentiality of information and materials.
Maintain proper uniform, nametag, and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
Provide warm greetings, personalized service, and genuine appreciation to every guest.
Support coworkers by assisting with coverage, teamwork, and positive communication.
Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Six months of cocktail serving or related beverage service experience preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to create positive, engaging interactions.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation standards, responsible alcohol service, and basic bar operations.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, or move continuously for extended periods (approximately 85% of shift).
Ability to bend, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds without assistance.
Ability to complete closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and securing equipment.
Comfort working in environments with variable temperatures, lighting, noise levels, and potential exposure to smoke.
