We value accountability, partnership, and people who take pride in doing things the right way.</p> <p>Bensussen Deutsch &amp; Associates (BDA) is seeking an experienced<strong> Benefits Manager.</strong> This role will work alongside the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits to build, administer, and maintain all employee benefits programs both domestically and internationally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment where no two days are the same. This position requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to keep sensitive material and conversations strictly confidential. Duties will entail activities that are administrative, communicative, and cross-functionally supportive in nature.
