Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients, addressing their unique needs
• Observe and document client behavior, progress, and reactions
• Actively engage in treatment planning and implementation
• Facilitate group education and structured activities
• Crisis intervention and conflict mediation
• Consistently demonstrate empathy, patience, and motivation

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of responsible employment history
