Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.

- Location: Primarily based in our Fairview Heights center, may include occasional regional coverage as needed.
Your Role:
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or any Human Services related major; and at least one year of work experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
- Strong clinical interviewing skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
