Job Summary:

Oversees the operations of the office business and clerical functions. Performs administrative duties such as scheduling, data processing, and statistics. Oversees Human Resources department and personnel department. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
• One year's leadership experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Oversees and directs employees. Exercises independent judgment in supervising and responsibly directing assigned personnel.
• Establishes and enforces departmental policies and workflow patterns to ensure efficient office operations.
• Assists in the department budget and monitors financial data.
• Provides technical assistance for insurance verification and claims.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
