Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead the 20+ employee maintenance team, setting priorities on the floor, internal trainings, managing spare parts, and maintenance activities. Establish accountability on the floor. Communicate expectations and hold team accountable for quality, safety, and efficiency.

• In alignment with HSE requirements, monitor and review the reliability of plant equipment and systems, minimizing unplanned downtime, improving overall efficiency, troubleshooting plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Set maintenance programs, with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance in line with the agreed strategy. Create and update maintenance procedures, database, and systems to ensure process optimization.

• Manage equipment related projects; coordinate contractor activities.

• Troubleshoot process, machine, material, and mold per needs.

• Create, develop, and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team.

• Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience within large scale operation maintenance team management. Leadership and experience of direct people management, working with both management and technical/maintenance employees.

• A strong leader with deep technical knowledge and ability/desire to be hands-on. Strong Interpersonal and Influencing skills.

• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanic, and automation required. Injection molding preferred.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement culture.

• Past experience setting up preventive maintenance plans.

• Knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS or similar).
