Alpha Omega is actively looking for a dynamic leader to drive end-to-end IT programs, partnering closely with the Head of Customer Delivery on strategy, client engagement, and product management. This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise initiatives, guide Agile teams, and ensure successful delivery within set timelines and budgets. Ideal candidates will have proven success in leading complex IT projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of IT programs to support program implementation, accepted, and accomplished within a set deadline.
• Support the Head of Customer delivery including, customer interface, requirements gathering and high-level product management.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Head of Customer Delivery which encompasses enterprise strategy and planning, software development, product owners, and Agile Scrum teams.
• Support financial management of PM programs and projects; respond to requests for information from senior leaders; support other tasks such as meeting planning and administrative functions to support program execution and operations.
• Demonstrable success leading complex information technology initiatives requiring collaboration from multiple stakeholders including business users, technology partners, consultants, and technology staff.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate within diverse, multidisciplinary teams; clearly communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience/Skills:

• 15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions; significant experience serving as an IT PM.
• Familiarity with supporting government in IT enterprise capacity.
• Experience with U.S. government or R&D health organizations.

Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $132,000- $260,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
