In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.</p><ul><li>Analysis, Process Modelling and Design of Business Processes of Manufacturing Clients in the area of Sales (SD, CPQ, Web Shop).</li><li>Execution throughout the whole project life cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run).</li><li>design of Manufacturing and Automotive specific End-to End (E2E) scenarios.</li><li>Execution of Fit-Gap Analyis and preparation of migration to SAP S/4 Hana.</li><li>Responsible for both - new Implementation projects and existing support projects.</li><li>Mentoring and staffing of colleagues in hybride teams (Germany, Nearshore, Offshore).</li><li>Execution of different SAP project types: PoC, Implementation, Redesign).</li><li>Support of sales activities -pre-sales.</li><li>Development of new services and solutions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Expert process knowledge within the discrete manufacturing environment (machinery &amp; plant engineering, automotive).</li><li>Strong Knowledge of at least one SAP module (SD, CPQ).</li><li>Experience with different project management methodologies (agile, hybrid-agile and waterfall), as well as multiple full implementation life cycles of SAP Projects.</li><li>Ideally experience in S/4 Hana.</li><li>Interest in driving new innovative topics.</li><li>Intercultural understanding, globally oriented.</li><li>German fluent and good knowledge of English in speaking and writing.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company car and company bicycle arrangements, company-funded accident insurance policy, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.</li><li>Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
