Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient assessment, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that help restore vocational, homemaking, daily living skills and general independence to disabled persons.

Work Schedule: 

On-Call/Casual – 0 FTE, 7-3:30 Monday-Sunday PRN

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy school
• Minnesota Occupational Therapy license
• Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (Specific only to employees practicing telemedicine in Wisconsin)
• Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hospital experience
• Orthopedic experience
