About the role

Job Description

The Role:  Within the department they are working to coach and teach the Quality Requirements, while also ensuring the communication and effective
implementation of the Quality System being exercised within the Production Departments. Job involves a considerable amount of initiative in
working independently as well as the ability to develop strong relationships across all departmental areas.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Attend NA QR Lead meetings to ensure common solutions at local plant
Support BIQ Basketweave meetings
Provide quality application training to user groups – SharePoint/GQM
Complete Business Plan initiatives
Coach/ train plant on quality system / quality requirement changes and implementation
Complete Task Workflows on GQR Changes
Maintain applications for the site (IQ, Linked Lists)
Submit open issues and recommend solutions
Coordinate Quality System certifications with registrar (ISO)
Coordinate New GL on board training for Quality Processes
Oversee COP Processes where required (Vehicle)
Perform Access Control List (ACL) verifications on SharePoint Sites
Coordinate responses to corrective actions, ensure global or regional solutions

Additional Job Description

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Strong Global Manufacturing System (GMS) knowledge (preferred)
Strong Built in Quality knowledge (preferred)
Understanding of Quality Requirements (preferred)
Understanding of ISO/IATF (preferred)
Quality System auditing experience (preferred)
Bachelor. Preferred manufacturing plant experience including first line supervision. (preferred)
