This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a Privilege Access Management intern within State Street’s Global Technology Services organization. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and securing privileged accounts, supporting access control initiatives, and contributing to the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.

What You Will Do:   

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities: 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions.
•    Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts across various systems and platforms. 
•    Support the implementation and maintenance of PAM tools (e.g., CA-PAM , CyberArk, Hashicorp etc ). 
•    Monitor and analyze privileged access logs for unusual or unauthorized activity. 
•    Help document PAM processes, policies, and procedures. 
•    Participate in access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. 
•    Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve access control mechanisms. 
•    Research and recommend improvements to PAM practices and technologies.
•    Identify potential opportunities for process and automation improvements.

Education and Preferred Qualifications: 

Candidates should be: 
•    Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
•    Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
•    Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
•    Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
•    Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas

Certification nice to haves:
•    CompTIA Security+
•    Microsoft Security Fundamentals
•    Any certifications on CyberArk Defender , Sentry, HashiCorp
