Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Senior Developer – CRM – Reinsurance & ILS Technology. The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on CRM developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, capable of independently delivering complex customisations while contributing to solution design and technical quality. We value professionals who are detail-oriented, autonomous, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to building secure, scalable, and high-performing CRM solutions.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications

• Implement Power Platform solutions with minimal supervision

• Configure advanced Model-Driven App components, including:

  • Tables, Forms, Views

  • Business Rules

  • Security Roles

• Develop custom solutions using:

  • JavaScript

  • C#

  • Plugins

  • Web Resources

  • Custom Workflow Activities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise Power Automate cloud flows

• Deliver complex customisations and integrations

• Participate in solution design alongside architects and lead developers

• Troubleshoot performance, security, and integration issues

• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Support solution deployments, enhancements, and BAU activities

• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers when required

Requirements for the role 

• 5+ years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and Power Platform

• Strong expertise in Model-Driven Apps and advanced configuration techniques

• Solid development background in JavaScript, C#, and CRM customisation frameworks

• Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations and complex technical issues

• Strong understanding of performance optimisation and secure coding standards

• Ability to mentor developers and promote best practices

• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments

• Fluent in English

• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
