Job Description:

Support an agile software development team.  Work closely with the development team/client to manage and refine requirements, create reports, test software, support and facilitate various engagements/demos.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the customer and development team to define user stories and tasks needed to support software development
• Support the client by generating various metrics/reports to support their business
• Support the client with briefings/demos
• Support end-users with troubleshooting and training
• Support the development team by testing user stories as needed

Must have:

• 1 years of experience in business analysis and a Bachelors degree or 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience with JIRA and other Atlassian tools
• Experience working on a software development team
• Experience briefing/demoing to clients

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Tableau and SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Confluence,  Agile Software Development Lifecycle, Business Requirements Analysis, or Agile Requirement Management

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
