The opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Manager in Cybersecurity Strategy, where you will lead transformative initiatives to bolster our organization's security posture. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to refine our cybersecurity strategy, policy, and governance, and will be instrumental in conducting current state security assessments and supporting the definition of our target operating model. Your expertise will guide strategic discussions and propose innovative approaches to align cybersecurity initiatives with our business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Cybersecurity Strategy, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving continuous process improvement, and identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis. You will leverage your deep expertise to guide others and interpret internal and external issues to recommend high-quality solutions. Expect to engage in:
- Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Managing professional employees or supervising teams to deliver technical initiatives with accountability for performance and results.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $170,600 to $390,000.
