Employer Partnerships Strategy &amp; Business Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and execute a <strong>sector strategy segmented by Finance sub-verticals</strong> (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management, FinTech, Real Estate Finance, etc.).</li> <li>Identify market gaps and proactively <strong>generate demand for IE talent</strong> through targeted employer engagement.</li> <li>Create and maintain robust <strong>Account Plans</strong> for strategic employers, ensuring visibility on pipelines, planned actions, performance metrics, and opportunities by program.</li> <li>Conduct market analysis to anticipate hiring trends and ensure alignment with employer needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Employer Ecosystem Management &amp; Expansion</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of Finance organizations—from global institutions to niche boutiques.</li> <li>Build strong, consultative relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership across the sector.</li> <li>Conduct regular employer visits and lead strategic meetings that uncover new collaboration opportunities.</li> <li>Represent IE University nationally and internationally at conferences, corporate visits, and sector events (approx. 30% travel expected).</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Talent Activation &amp; Placement Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with <strong>Career Education</strong> and <strong>Program Management</strong> teams to align talent preparation with employer expectations.</li> <li>Collaborate in crafting <strong>career narratives by program and profile</strong>, ensuring relevance to the specific needs of each Finance sub-vertical.</li> <li>Identify high-potential candidates for key recruiting processes and facilitate introductions between students and employers.</li> <li>Provide employers with visibility on the talent pipeline across master’s and bachelor’s programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Events, Marketing &amp; Employer Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and execute high-impact recruiting and networking events (Company Presentations, Talent Forums, Treks, technical workshops, roundtables, etc.).</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to develop targeted communication strategies and campaigns by Finance sub-vertical.</li> <li>Monitor employer engagement KPIs and conversion outcomes to guide strategic decisions.</li> <li>Ensure an exceptional employer experience across all touchpoints.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5.
