Required Qualifications
- PhD in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with high-efficiency solar cell device fabrication (Si, perovskite, III-V, etc.), electronic device characterization and a strong publication record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fabricating perovskite, Si or III-V solar cells as well as knowledge of material and electrical characterization methods.
- Excellence in developing top-quality figures/plots is required and can involve usage of Adobe Illustration, Blender, etc.
- Understanding of radiation effects in solar cells and the role of radiation-induced defects in optoelectronic semiconductor.
- Prior experience with various perovskite compositions and different device architectures (NIPs and PINs). Knowledge of barrier layers for perovskite devices.
- Prior experience with scalable methods of perovskite fabrication, including slot-die coating and roll-to-roll coating.
- Experience in Python for device modeling, data analysis, and automation.
