What You’ll Do

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables. 

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, sales, support, etc.) to align efforts and ensure everyone is on the same page. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams during the entire implementation process. 

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders (internal and external) to provide updates on project status, challenges, and achievements. 

• Gather feedback and address concerns or issues raised by stakeholders to keep the project on track. 

• Facilitate regular meetings, such as project kickoff meetings, status updates, and review sessions, to ensure alignment and transparency. 

• Identify and assess potential risks or obstacles that could affect the success of the implementation. 

• Develop mitigation strategies to address risks before they become issues. 

• Monitor project progress to quickly address any challenges or delays. 

• Provide regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, project health, and any risks or issues. 

• Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future implementations. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree is required.  
• 5-7 years of experience in leading mid to large-scale projects, and experience with managing SAAS based enterprise platforms. 
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong planning, organizing, time management, and execution skills. 
• Ability to foresee potential risks and develop contingency plans during an implementation.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve project success. 
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
