Subsidies and grants manager (m/w/d)

 

Your Mission

 

Are grants and subsidies at the heart of your expertise and do you have the experience and the ambition to drive to the next level the way we manage grants and subsidies across 85 countries around the world?

You will be part of our Global Legal and Tax team based in our HQ in Belgium (Groot-Bijgaarden, close to Brussels).

You will report to the General Counsel of the group.

 

What you will do

 

• You will have the opportunity to develop, roll-out and promote group-wide grants and subsidies programs, policies and best practices
• You can start with building your vision and mission on subsidies and grants for the Group Puratos
• As single point of contact for the Group, you will create awareness to improve business opportunities through effective funding programs
• You facilitate the roll-out and use of digital tools to ensure efficient grants and subsidies reporting processes
• You stand out in your administration accuracy
• You monitor overall grant application efforts
• Prepare reports on grant activities and progress for management
• Work with grant recipients to ensure compliance with grant requirements

 

What we expect from you

• Academic degree: Bachelor or Master degree
• You are passioned by subsidies and grants – if you have some experience in subsidies & grants, this is a plus
• Developed project management skills are an asset for this position
• As you will build the strategic plan, methodical and strategic thinking is necessary
• You are a born motivator and enthusiastic  
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing. French, Dutch, Spanish is a plus
• You are a self-starter with drive, high level of autonomy and ownership
• Able to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams
