No automotive experience required. If you're friendly, dependable, and good on the phone, we'll teach you everything else.

What you'll be doing

• Answering inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
• Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on declined services, recalls, and maintenance reminders
• Communicating clearly between customers and the service team
• Keeping accurate records and managing your call queue efficiently
• Representing Farris professionally on every interaction — phone, text, and email

Your schedule

• Monday through Friday only — no weekends, ever
• Stable, consistent daytime hours
• Full-time position
