Job Description:

This position will provide Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) expertise to maintain and evolve Crowe Consulting’s TPRM program.  The position will be responsible for supporting Consulting’s TPRM daily queue, operations, reporting, and process improvement while working under the direction of the Consulting TPRM program leader. 

 
Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to Crowe Consulting Partners and other leaders regarding Third-Party matters including, but not limited to, risk assessments, RFP support, and findings remediation 
  • Update policies & procedures and educate the Consulting team on key TPRM risk issues
  • Provide value-added recommendations and share best practices with the Consulting team
  • Support firm wide risk management changes, including, but not limited to, technology transformation, process changes, and training / education.  
  • Maintain insights into trends and changes in the TPRM landscape through industry insights, partnerships, and ongoing development  
  • Support development of Enterprise Risk Management program and additional risk domains, as required

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience:
    • Senior Associate: 3+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to manage assessments independently
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills to identify quality, risk and compliance issues and develop processes to prevent or detect issues in the future 
  • Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization including senior and executive management 
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of an organization including senior management 
  • MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Team-oriented and experienced working with diverse teams 
  • Ability to leverage available resources and contribute through others 
  • Willingness to participate in both routine Quality & Risk Management tasks and strategic projects

Exceptional Candidates will Demonstrate: 

  • Experience working in professional services / financial services industry
  • Relevant professional certifications (preferred) 
  • Experience working in project management
  • Expertise working with commercially available TPRM and/or GRC solutions 
  • General banking compliance knowledge 
  • Willingness to travel as needed on a monthly or quarterly basis

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
