  • Utilise sound judgement and knowledge of business units to professionally handle inbound calls, e-mails, and other correspondence, ensuring that they are reviewed, actioned and filed in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

  • Take ownership for maintaining accurate and up to date files and documents, ensuring they are organised for quick retrieval of essential information.

  • Leverage sound interpersonal skills and knowledge of office administration to collaborate and guide members of your Business Unit in the delivery of ad hoc tasks in line with Agile and the Telstra Ways of Working.
