HVAC Acquisition Internship (May - Aug 2025)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engineering data analysis and reporting

• Assist in the design and build of sample parts

• Design special fixtures where needed to facilitate testing

• Continue to further develop, improve, and maintain the Acquisitions onboarding handbook

• Assist in analyzing project data including customer rebill activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of new programs quotation process

• Support the development and maintenance of acquisition project documentation

• Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions, action items and decisions

• Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address project cost improvements

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university. 

  • Major: Engineering (Any) 

  • Class Standing: Junior, Senior 

• Skills: Problem solving, MS Office Programs, CAD (preferred), Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
