CNC Laser Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the CNC laser cutting machine to ensure accurate production.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders for precise part quality.
• Set up the machine, adjust cutting parameters, and prepare tooling for daily operations.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components using forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, including lens cleaning, nozzle changes, and alignment checks.
• Monitor production, troubleshoot quality or equipment issues, and communicate with supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with CNC laser machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes if required.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
