Job Description
Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer at its facility located at 28635 Mound Rd., Warren, MI 48092. Develop software application JAVA code in accordance with designs agreed with the customer. Develop unit and integration test software to support the quality metrics required of the project. Develop software documentation in accordance with standards and format defined by the customer. Develop scripts and other software to support automatic build and test. Work in an agile methodology requiring the following Attendance and Contribution to Daily Stand-ups led by the customer; Attendance and Contribution to Sprint Review Meeting; Attendance and Contribution to Sprint Planning Meetings. Work closely in association with team members from other suppliers on the software development, in particular, integration of software components with other core framework components. Work closely in association with other Bosch team members based off site supplying input to the project. In particular, UX Engineer and Complex Tools teams in multiple global locations in different time zones. Remote Work May Be Permitted. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack System Development. Additionally, the applicant must have experience with: 1. JAVA, Design Patterns, REST API, and Multithreading for design Gradle and development of the software solutions; 2. RestClient, SWT, and Installscript for the design and development of windows applications; 3. In-vehicle communication protocols such as CAN Communications, and CAN Diagnostics; 4. Communication interface standards such as J2534 and PDU API; 5. Angularjs, React JS, Javascript, SQL Server, Purify, XML, UML WinDbg, and AWS Framework for the design, development and debugging of the software applications; and 6. JUnits, Karma and Jasmine for Automated Testing. Apply below.
