Fulltime - Days - Nutrition - 068-Clinical Dietitian

Job Description:

Provides accurate and timely nutrition screenings, assessments, reassessments, and education to assigned patient/resident populations in accordance with established standards of care. Develops, implements, monitors and coordinates nutrition care plans based on assessments to meet patients' needs.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Completion of Accredited Dietetic Internship (DI) by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
• Dietitian and Nutritionist
• Current Kentucky Dietitian license or RD eligible, applying for license. 
• Must pass the Commission of Dietetic Registration Examination within 6 months of employment.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of food and nutrition sciences.

Minimum Work Experience:

• One year work experience preferred.
