Customer Experience Coordinator - Great Opportunity for College Grads

Summary

MITER Brands is a leading supplier of vinyl windows and patio doors with plants nationwide. The Customer Experience Coordinator will support the sales team by providing scheduling, event planning, and reporting assistance. A large majority of this position is aimed towards providing a world-class customer experience by coordinating and facilitating manufacturing tours and events for customers within the eastern business unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating plant tours for sales reps to showcase the manufacturing facilities to customers.
• Book venues, schedule guests, draft and finalize contracts, and lock down day-of logistics.
• Oversee the planning and execution of offsite customer relations events.
• Provide leadership with support such as creating presentations and acting as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
• Keep sales leadership and territory managers up to date on all sales leads that come in through phone and email
• Arrange plant tours, flights, transportation, lunches, and dinners for customers.
• Update and maintain customer data, including factors influencing pricing changes.
• Provide customers and leadership with monthly and ad hoc reports
• Uphold the company’s mission and vision with every event.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing budgets
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity of dining, entertainment options, and hotels in the Harrisburg area is preferred.
• Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment.
• Experience in B2B customer service
• Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain a customer-service mindset.
