About the role

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fiscal and Business Analyst to join our team. The position will play a crucial role in budget and financial management.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop financial reports and closely monitor budgets
  • Conduct insightful analyses of expenditure activities
  • Review and oversight of capital projects including reconciling project expenditures and variances to ensure success of capital projects
  • Assist with grant financial data and reporting
  • Prepare proformas and forecast for new programs
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with project reporting and forecasting
  • Completes external reports and oversight as needed
  • Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders
  • Assist with organization contract services
  • Assist management with strategic fiscal management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • Previous experience with finance, budgeting, and investments 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
