The Role: Elevating the Resident Dining Experience
As the Director of Culinary Services, you won't just manage a kitchen; you'll curate the entire dining experience. You will be the visionary behind our food service program, ensuring every meal is a highlight of the day for our residents. This role demands culinary excellence, strategic management, and a deep understanding of resident-focused care and service.

- Proven Culinary Excellence: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute diverse, nutritionally balanced, and appealing menus. Must have a chef background with a focus on high-quality ingredients and presentation.
- Essential Previous Experience: Required senior leadership experience managing comprehensive food service operations, ideally within senior living or hotel/resort dining.
- Team Development & Leadership: Exceptional skills in hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating a large, diverse culinary team of all age groups. Must foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Hospitality & Service Focus: A strong commitment to delivering work-class hospitality service. Must be proactive in engaging with residents, accommodating special dietary needs, and ensuring a welcoming dining atmosphere within all neighborhoods.
- Operational Management: Expertise in budgeting, inventory control, labor management, vendor management, and a strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
