About the role
The PAM Regional Manager will be responsible for creating and leading a world-class outside sales team on our east coast! This person will manage the market development and adoption of Luna in key markets along the east coast and optimize our system operations for our fast-growing team. This role will play a large part in furthering the growth of Luna while assisting with the development of key team members across the PAM team.
Detailed Functions/Key Differentiators:
- Responsible for sales quota attainment based on the performance of PAMs within assigned territory/region/markets
- Identify, hire, train, develop, direct, motivate and retain talented sales professionals to help them meet or exceed Luna specific sales and market objectives.
- Support field representatives as they develop high-volume accounts (HVAs) and work with internal stakeholders to ensure HVA adoption.
- Actively problem-solve and coach the field team on the sales skills that will encourage provider adoption.
- Plan and implement key initiatives to meet quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Create and support sales training and process improvements.
- Conduct performance reviews and 1:1’s with the field team to ensure accountability and progress to goals, including career goals of high performers.
- Support and assign field champions to key conferences.
- Conduct routine field visits with the field team and manage their performance with direct support and clear direction.
- Collaborates effectively and openly with Luna employees, specifically the internal key
- stakeholders partnered with you, and contributes respectfully, professionally, and kindly to the
- Luna team
- Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly productivity results-based goals
Job Qualifications:
- College degree plus a minimum of 5+ years of related sales experience in physical therapy or ancillary care services in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated performance above quota managing a team, as well as an individual contributor in healthcare sales.
- Direct experience in hiring and management of field personnel.
- Experience developing and driving market adoption of new services or products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion to serve patients and providers supported by strong relationships and closing skills
- Strong operational and analytical support using CRMs such as Hubspot.
- Strong work ethic, high energy/drive and personal integrity based on a strong value system.
- Mature, good business judgment skills, flexible, self-motivated, team oriented, charismatic, and strong leadership skills.
- Travel required approx 50%
