Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Associate, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.92/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
- Work face-to-face with customers
- Check-in guests and condo owners, processing necessary paperwork and credit cards
- Check-out guests and condo owners ensuring posting and collection of payments
- Answer Call Center and Front Desk Phones in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guests with information on Keystone Resort and the surrounding area
- Handle all customer needs
- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Help Condo Owners with their Reservations
- Expected to be cross-trained with Lodging Operations
- Collaborates and works with other Departments including but not limited to: Lodging Operations, Owner Relations, HOA Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, IT, and Sales
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Somewhat strong computer skills
- High School education or equivalent - Required
- Basic reading, spelling, and math skills – Required
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English – Required
- Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact – Required
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.92/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
