The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Construction Manager to help lead and grow our reconstruction business. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in the reconstruction or construction industry, with a strong track record in operations, leadership, and business development.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, meeting financial targets, and leading a team to deliver exceptional project outcomes. This position is best suited for someone who can lead from the front, drive growth, and foster strong internal and external relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations across multiple active reconstruction projects
- Develop and meet financial objectives and KPIs, including forecasting and WIP
- Expand business into new sectors and client bases
- Maintain compliance with all contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage field and office teams
- Foster productive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
- Drive quality assurance and maintain project documentation standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business development
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with effective resource and time management
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to manage project performance and progress
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- Prior management experience within the reconstruction or general construction industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- High-level organization and time management capabilities
- Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities and timelines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a Colorado Class B General Contracting License
- 5+ years of relevant construction or reconstruction industry experience
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project
- Previous experience in a senior management or business operations role
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of OHS standards and construction regulations
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Valid driver's license
