Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
 
Compensation:  $28-33 per hour DOE. 
 
Qualifications:  
  • 1-2 years experience preferred, previous Automotive Industry experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.  
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality. 
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Math, reading, and software skills. 
  • Basic computer proficiency. 
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities:   
  • Preparing and posting for new/used retail car deals and wholesales.  
  • Assist in daily cashier reconciliations. 
  • Organizing and filing manufacturers' statements and credit card accounts. 
  • Stocking in new and used vehicle purchases. 
  • Assist in processing retail customer deferred and down payments within scheduled timelines. 
  • Assist in maintaining weekly/monthly schedules for various tasks including GAP/SVC Contract, CIT, Cust AR, Uncapped Deals, Reserves, Lien Payoffs, 8300. 
  • Assists in organizing records of all DMV-related documentation, including titles, temporary permits, and trip permits. 
  • Aids in Communicating effectively with customers, lenders, vendors, and auctions regarding title status, payments, and any issues that may arise. 
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, sorting mail, scanning documents and running errands as needed. 
  • Assists in regular audits of DMV paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and dealership policies. 
  • Assume Office Manager responsibilities when necessary, including flooring reconciliation, cash statements, and bank transactions. Not authorized to hire, fire, or make disciplinary decisions. 
  • Understands, keeps informed of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect business operations. 
  • Understands, supports, and promotes company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
