JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State is currently seeking a Stewardship Business Systems Analyst to support the Office of Donor Relations and Special Events. Reporting to the Associate Director of Stewardship and working closely with the Office of Student Aid, Penn State IT, the LionPATH Development and Maintenance Organization, and the SIMBA team, as well as other partners, this Stewardship Business Systems Analyst will:
- Evaluate application updates, enhancements, and new features or functionality for eSteward, the University's donor stewardship management application;
- Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, through excellent informal and formal communications;
- Test programming changes;
- Be an expert in eSteward data and business processes and communicate with both functional end users and the eSteward development team for the purposes of providing guidance, implementing programming enhancements, identifying problems, troubleshooting, and assisting with resolution of issues;
- Assist with requirements gathering from system stakeholders, creating requested standard and/or ad hoc reports, and supporting software and system integrations;
- Provide backup support for monthly eSteward trainings.
